Perfect location in Paris. Impressive interior design. All the staff made you feel like a VIP. Reception and concierge very attentive. Room service was fast. Quality of food was superb. Room and bathroom was smaller than expected, despite paying for an upgrade and less extras in my room than I had at other hilton hotels, such as in London. Excellent online and in person communication. Check in and out went smoothly. Receptionist and concierge extremely helpful. The room and bathroom was nice, clean and tidy. Any requests were adhered to. I'm planning to come back to stay here again.

Kettle didn't work. Couldn't make a hot drink. Told house keeping but no one came out to have a look or replace.

Anyway I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

Lunch was great..And personal who was serving was just fine. Room was good, clean and light as well. Beds were really comfortable. I loved views from windows also.

I was not happy due to our bathroom . When I booked the hotel room there was that in the bathroom will be bath , but unfortunately there was no , otherwise everything was alright..

Ot was ok but over priced.

The breakfast was awesome.

Pretty old building. Room was in a cubby hole by the housekeeping elevator and work carts. Very small room for what we paid.

Hilton quality with great location and breakfast.

The best part of the hotel was the location. It stands in front of the Saint-Lazarre station, and was in a very busy neighbourhood with a lot of cafes, restaurants, and shopping centres. Second best part was the breakfast, it was enriched with a lot of options. The lobby was a great place to hang aroun, plus the room was very comfortable.

I can say only one negative comment: the toilet in the room. The bathroom was good, but the toilet being so small and close was not very charming...

Not all that glitters is gold but it gives you the impression of old-luxury from the outside

The hotel has a wonderful location, the building is magnificent and the surroundings are convenient (there is a train and metro station really close and there are lots of restaurants and places to eat). There is complimentary water all around the hotel with Brita fountains to fill you bottle (available in your room). The staff was really friendly and helpful and always willing to help. They gym is ok and it is well maintained and offers complimentary water and towel.

Rooms doesn't match expectations, they are small, sometimes noisy and most of the outlets and appliances did not work properly. Additionally, one of the blinds was broken and they never fixed it (we stayed for 3 nights and it was broken from the beginning). Our wardrobe did not have a door and everything was exposed. The room was small and so was our bed (even if it was a double room). Breakfast is "average" and there in not too much options (specially for those who want to take good care of themselves or for those with allergy to Gluten).

It is a pleasant stay as staff are helpful.

The location of the hotel is very good. Although room is quite small, but high ceiling.

The heating didn’t work in the first night, but they gave me a portable heater which is even better option.

Great location for shopping and close to the Gard du Nord

The breakfast was delicious, the room was a little small for a suite and the location was excellent.

I felt the suite should have been bigger - there was very little room to move around the bed to get to the vanity and chair. Booking a suite, we should have had access to the Executive lounge as we do in London at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel.
